This Year see’s us celebrate 10 years of Viking Cricket and wow its been a journey. We started in humble beginnings in 2016 selling just bats and then added softs in 2017 before we moved to our first shop the year after and then in 2025 to our current home.
During the last ten years we have seen many people enjoy using our bats and softs, we have loved seeing your pictures of 50’s or 100’s especially nice is seeing younger players reaching highest score etc.
We are proud of Introducing the Valkyrie range and loved working with many female cricketers like, Jenny Gunn, Hollie Armitage, Emma Lamb, Bess Heath and many more. Its something we have never taken for granted and we love the fact so many of you trust us for our Valkyrie bats and softs. It’s been amazing to see our bats on the big screen watching Emma Lamb scoring a ton for England was a highlight alongside Jenny Gunn playing for England in the West Indies, Hollie Armitage and Bess Heath pulling on a England shirt so many more we could put.
We have also seen our bats used in the official PlayStation game Cricket 24 as an official partner so you can play in the game with our viking and Valkyrie bats which is awesome. We have given to many charities which is amazing and we love to do our bit. Winning the boutique section of the cricketer good gear guide and coming 2nd overall will never grow old.
We have a whole host of new softs for 2026 coming soon so watch out for them on the site very soon. It will also see the release of our Field Hockey part of the brand.
To everybody that has liked the brand, been a customer or just shown an interest in Viking Cricket during these last 10 years we thank you so much honestly from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much.
